By accessing or using the services provided by A&S Export Import Farming ("A&S," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

A&S Export Import Farming provides logistics and shipping services including but not limited to: • Air freight clearance • Door-to-door delivery services • Export services for agricultural products and general cargo • Customs clearance assistance • Package tracking and handling We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Shipping rates are as follows: • First 10 lbs: $550 JMD per pound • Additional weight (above 10 lbs): $350 JMD per pound • Customs duty: 30% of item value (for items valued at $100 USD or above), converted to JMD at current exchange rates Payment Terms: • All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise specified • Payment is due before shipment processing • We accept cash, bank transfers, and approved payment methods • Prices are subject to change without notice • Additional fees may apply for special handling, insurance, or expedited services

At A&S Export Import Farming, we take every precaution to ensure that your packages are handled with care and delivered safely. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package(s) during transit. Damage or Loss in Transit: In the event that your package(s) is damaged or lost during transit, A&S Export Import Farming is not responsible for any damages or losses. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance to protect against such events. Customer Responsibilities: • Inspect packages thoroughly before signing for them • Report any damage or loss to us immediately upon discovery • Take clear photos of damaged packages as evidence • Retain all packaging materials for insurance claims • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any claims Disclaimer: A&S Export Import Farming disclaims any liability for damages or losses resulting from: • Package handling by third-party carriers or shipping partners • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances • Delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory requirements • Customer error, negligence, or improper packaging • Prohibited or restricted items not disclosed by the customer • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control Maximum Liability: Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the declared value of the shipment or the shipping fees paid, whichever is less, unless additional insurance has been purchased.

Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended for all shipments, especially high-value items. • Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking • Insurance claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery • Proof of damage with photographs is required for all claims • Insurance does not cover improperly packaged items • Claims are subject to insurance provider terms and conditions Without insurance, customers bear full risk for any damage, loss, or theft during transit.

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment: • Illegal drugs or controlled substances • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids • Perishable goods without proper authorization • Live animals or plants without permits • Counterfeit goods or items violating intellectual property • Cash, currency, or negotiable instruments (without declaration) • Items prohibited by Jamaican or destination country laws A&S reserves the right to refuse shipment of any item at our discretion. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Customers are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete customs documentation • Paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees • Complying with import/export regulations of all relevant countries • Declaring the true value of all shipped items A&S will assist with customs clearance but is not responsible for: • Delays caused by customs inspections • Additional fees imposed by customs authorities • Seizure of prohibited or improperly declared items • Changes in customs regulations or duty rates Customs duty of 30% applies to items valued at $100 USD or above.

• Tracking information will be provided when available • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues • A signature may be required upon delivery • Failed delivery attempts may result in return or storage fees • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses • We are not responsible for mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers

Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be requested before shipment processing begins • Once a package is in transit, cancellations are not possible • Cancellation fees may apply depending on services already rendered Refund Policy: • Refunds are issued at our discretion • Processing fees are non-refundable • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method • No refunds for delivered packages or customer error

We collect and use customer information including: • Name, address, and contact details • Payment information • Shipment details and tracking data Your information is used solely for: • Processing and delivering your shipments • Communicating with you about your orders • Improving our services • Complying with legal requirements We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our services or as required by law.

All content on our website and marketing materials, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, are the property of A&S Export Import Farming and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission • Use our branding or logos without authorization • Reverse engineer or copy our business processes

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • A&S Export Import Farming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific shipment in question • We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or loss of data • We are not responsible for third-party actions or carrier negligence • These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A&S Export Import Farming, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of our services • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions • Your violation of any laws or regulations • Your shipment of prohibited or restricted items • False or misleading information provided by you • Any claims by third parties related to your shipments

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Dispute Resolution Process: 1. Contact us directly to resolve any issues 2. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation 3. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jamaica 4. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits Legal Venue: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Jamaica, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notification to customers. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via: • Email notification • Website announcement • Notice at time of booking

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
